We do hear that he has been fires from 9 previous jobs because of Ricky but he also just says over the summer just for the sake of all of that we are going to assume Jacob is 17 in season one.In Season 3 Ricky actually tells trinitys age and she is 9 years old.Considering we have a rough estimate of time between the seasons due to them going to jail I think a fair guess would be a year and a half has passed between seasons 1 to 3.Now when we put all this together my best guess would be Trinity and Jacob are 9 years apart.I'm gonna say you're way off.

It is filled with all the raw, emotional drama which makes for such good entertainment. Later on, it's pretty clear people actually put in effort to create something that's meant to look ridiculous, but no poor person would ever go to the lengths of to construct.Second thing is that the characters are just caricatures of themselves and abandon their likable traits.
