From the frame side to the outer edge is 4" and they are about 3.5" wide.This kit includes the parts to build the frame side of your custom mounts.It includes the 1/4" steel plates with 1/4" steel gussets and the fluid mounts.From the frame side to the outer edge of the fluid mount is 4 3/8", they are about 5" wide and about 3 1/4" tall.These fluid mounts offer much more vibration control than the rubber mounts in the TDC 216 mount kit but take up much more space. Jeff invited me down and assured me that he could and would do his best to achieve everything I was looking for.

This High Inertia billet steel flywheel helps the engine maintain RPM's in rough terrain.These flywheels are CAD/CAM-designed and CNC-machined from billet steel for precise, no-hassle, bolt-in installation and are SFI-certified, so you know that you can count on them.This billet aluminum housing has provisions for main oil out and return (ORB-6 threads) as well as turbo line in the stock location along with oil pressure sender and a second oil pressure hole for accessory use.Fits VW TDI model BEW, BHW and ALH engines and possibly other VW engines.This 1.9L TDI water outlet fitting in the same depth as the tandem pump and just has the rad, heater and temp sender outlets.Very compact when fighting firewall clearance in a TDI conversion.This kit includes both left and right engine mount parts.It has the correct spacing to align with holes in the ALH and newer 1.9L and 2L TDI . As I explained to the selected builder, 'there are 2 ways to do things, the right way and the wrong' no in-between.

These mounts are designed to work with the ALH and newer 1.9L / 2L TDI with the thickness of our TDI adapters. So when you just want 850 hp in a JT Gladiator with just some minor modifications such as custom suspension, frame modification,850 HP LS with a Whipple supercharger an 8 speed transmission, Custom spicer axles etc etc!! The adapters are not transmission specific, they make the back of the TDI "look" like the back of the engine that the TDI is replacing. 2WD or 4WD.Our Jeep XJ motor mount utilize the stock Jeep mount location. I was communicating with him once or twice a week until the project was complete and then more often as the delivery date neared. Engine conversion systems from Bruiser Conversions provide an OEM quality installation and retain the functionality of vehicle systems that were active prior to the conversion process.
