While we can't see their anchor points, it is a good bet that the pair of tie bars that stretch from the bed to the back of the cab extend downward to the rear subframe. She is just gorgeous and I was like a kid getting their first car when she was driven off the ferry today. And my Grand Wagoneer has had the honor to be the vehicle which drove us to the wedding. The second image is even more telling, as it clearly shows a hefty lateral "bar" or frame member underneath the vehicle of the type that provides hard mounting points for an independent rear suspension (IRS). I had never seen such an amazing display of vintage Wagoneers!
