On April 2, I received notice from Turkish Air that my flights had been cancelled and, since I had not booked directly with Turkish Air, I would need to receive a refund ($2013.97 + $20) from the third party travel agent (Vayama). Airlines refunded my ticket. Based on my recent misfortune, Vayama is very unprofessional and dishonest. After clicking submit, we were greeted with a loading spinner. Thinking about a holiday in the Philippines, visit the city of Bangkok or looking for a cultural trip around Europe?

Just took my 1000 and didn’t answer my calls and keep hanging up on me for asking for refund. When Covid hit I made sure to take some extra precautions such as buying insurance through Vayama. I am not sure what to make of it, but I made the mistake of buying Qatar Airways tickets from these a**holes, realized I had made a mistake, cancelled within an hour and re-booked the correct flight.
According to the airline we were entitled to the entire purchase amount to be refunded to us. Service 14 We will help you find great flight deals! They kept saying they would, but they did not. I was finaly able to get my refund by filing a complaint though BBB.org against Vayama. According to Vayama website, if a flight was cancelled, there was no need to contact Vayama, they would contact me.
Avoid it at all cost ! Vayama the worst company. never again Vayama...thank you!

Even if your airline allows refunds, vayama will send falsified emails claiming the airline has refused the refund.
